FREE IN-STORE PICK UP ON ALL ORDERS

  • Standard Parcel Shipping: Free shipping on all standard parcel shipping. Delivery within 1-5 business days.
  • Oversized / Large Item Delivery: Free shipping on all oversized item deliveries. Please allow 1 to 7 business days for delivery. Packages with one side longer than 105 inches, weight more than 150 pounds, or length, width, and height more than a total of 162 inches must be shipped using this method. If your item(s) are too large or heavy to ship via standard parcel shipping, we’ll deliver them to the nearest main entrance of your home.
  • Order Processing: All orders are fulfilled within 1 business day.

RETURN POLICY

  • We want to assure every item you purchase is a perfect match for you. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. See return policy below for details and exclusions.
  • 30-day return policy: If you're not satisfied with your order, you can return your order within 30 days of purchase. For a full refund, all returned items must be undamaged, unused, and in original selling condition. It remains the customer's responsibility to pay the return freight charges. Products that are returned used, damaged, or not in their original selling condition are subject to partial or no refund.
  • Damage due to shipping/delivery or missing items: If you receive an order that arrives damaged, incomplete or in need of replacement parts, please contact Shade N' Shelters customer support team.

REFUND POLICY

  • For a full refund, all returned items must be undamaged, unused, and in original selling condition. It remains the customer's responsibility to pay the return freight charges. Products that are returned used, damaged, or not in their original selling condition are subject to partial or no refund.
  • Shade N' Shelters reserves the right to deny any refund or partial refund if the stated requirements aren't met. 

WARRANTY POLICY

Frame: 5-year limited warranty; original receipt required to obtain warranty service.
Fabric: 1-year limited warranty; original receipt required to obtain warranty service.

EXCLUSIONS: Gazebos/Pergolas used for commercial, contract, or other non-residential purposes.  Damage, corrosion, rusting due to acts of nature, vandalism, misuse, improper assembly or maintenance.  Discoloration, fading and mildew of fabric.  

LIMITED WARRANTY: The manufacturer will replace any part found to be defective in material or workmanship within 30 days of purchase date. The purchaser must contact the manufacturer’s customer service department. After 30 days of purchase date the warranty is limited. The manufacturer, at its option, will repair or replace the parts. Proof of purchase (dated register receipt) and photos are required for all warranty claims. It remains the customer's responsibility to pay for freight and packaging charges to and from the service center. Warranty is to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any replacement or warranted items will be in the original style and color, or similar style and color if the original is unavailable or has been discontinued.
